Winners will be selected within 30 days after the expiration
date of each contest, at random, from submitted, qualified,
web entries received by specified deadline date. All entries
received outside the given dates will be disregarded. Current
contest deadline for entry is December 31, 2004 at midnight PST.
Winners chosen will receive the contents of the featured
contests displayed during the particular contest for which
the user registers, at Poker-Prizes' discretion. No substitution
of the prize is permitted. Entries made on the Internet
will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of
the email address submitted at the time of entry. In the
event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to
provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized
account holder of the email address associated with the
potentially winning entry. Winners will be notified by
e-mail by Poker-Prizes personnel, with further details
regarding their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification
may result in the forfeiting of the prize. In the event
of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner may
be awarded the prize.
These contests are usually open to residents of all countries,
of all ages; however, some contests may have specific restrictions
with regards to eligibility, such as geographic location,
age, etc. See the original contest page for those details.
Employees of Poker-Prizes and anyone involved with the
production of this contest and their families are not eligible.
Decisions of Poker-Prizes are final in all instances, and
prizes are non-transferable. If Poker-Prizes is unable
to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or
accept his or her prize within 10 calendar days of notification,
the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen.
Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the
official rules and decision of Poker-Prizes. Contest is
void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state
and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this
contest. By entering, the winner releases Poker-Prizes
and its agents from all liability with respect to the use
of the prizes awarded herein, agrees to be bound by these
rules, and consents to the use of their name in the announcement
of the winners on the Poker-Prizes site, use of their name
and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or
marketing purposes without additional compensation. The
Prize Publisher, Developer and/or Distributor are not responsible
for this contest and have no affiliation with Poker-Prizes.
All matters with prizes related to the Prizes are the responsibility
of Poker-Prizes. Poker-Prizes assumes no responsibility
for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system
errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or
other telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or
mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Poker-Prizes and/or
its Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion,
to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized
intervention or other cause beyond the control of Poker-Prizes and/or its
Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion.
Poker-Prizes reserves the right to revise procedures mentioned in these
rules at any time.
